Can i see the card coming next month?

No - Each monthly issue is a complete secret until it arrives. These cards will only be printed once and once that issue is gone - we will never print them again!

When will my card ship?

Card Club members will receive 1 issue per month. Tracking for your limited edition secret card will be provided within the first week of each month.

How does shipping work?

All items ship from our factory in China.
Estimated delivery time: 8-15 days (may extend slightly during busy periods).
Orders are imported with our Chinese shipping partner and handed off to local couriers (DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc.).

Customs delays: Around 1% of orders may face delays of ~1 week due to customs processing.

How does tracking work?

Tracking numbers will be sent within the first week of each month. Tracking will only update after customs clearance and handoff to the local courier, once we have paid your customs fees for you!

Will I pay Customs Fees or tariffs?

All customs, VAT, and import fees are included in the shipping price. You won’t pay anything more!

USA orders: Tariff-free but higher shipping costs due to indirect routes and pre-paid tariffs.

What if I want a Refund?

A 10% fee is charged for all refunds to cover international bank charges.

What if I want to return my card?

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of TCG products. If a package is refused and returned to sender, the receiver will cover all return costs. Refund = Item cost - return freight.
